A New Zealand PSP coder called "danzel" made a psp torrent downloader.

According to danzel, this is how to use the application:
Put .torrent file in torrents/ folder.
Run CTorrentPSP.
Choose the torrent to download.
Choose the Access point to connect to.
Wait for file to download.
Delete the resources/splash.png to get rid of the splash screen.
Quit.
